T-mobile appalling
Options
it is virtually impossible (i have not yet succeeded) in going through 150 to speak to a human at the other end. the endless, pick 1 2 3 4 5 etc just goes on and when you think you may have succeeded, another sub set of options is parroted out at you. just awful.

I found this also. None of the menus seem to go through to a customer services rep. To get through to a customer service rep I pressed *0 three times when prompted to choose an option, eventually it will give up and say "press 1 to be placed into the general customer service queue".
Hope that helps0 -
I never press any options for any automated system, it asks about 3 time and says number not recognised then puts you into the customer service queue to speak to a person. I hate automated systemsLife is not the way it’s supposed to be. It’s the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.0

Hum. I have been with tmobile 2 years and always get through to them in like 2 minutes? Its pretty straightforward...just follow the relevant options. Last week I complained about some signal issues I was having (which have been sorted) and they gave me £50 on my account to say sorry. Thats two months of bills for me!:j0

What are you going on about Ewaf? What options do you pick? It all more or less goes in the same queue, so why not just scrap this crap.0

I literally just follow what I am looking for. I rang last night about my upgrade, followed options for upgrade and was through to someone in literally 2minutes. What time of day do you normally ring?0

A bit of a pain, but I can vouch for the patiently waiting, pick no options method. After about 3 cycles, the 'lady' gives up and asks you to press 1 to be put in the general cust services queue which is answered almost immediately.Tough times never last longer than tough people.0
