i had topped up my hubby's old phone on line regularly no problems, then we bought new mobiles one each, both being disabled online top up is easiest, but they have never let us top up since, keep saying we have topped up more than three mobiles, how come, it verifies at the bank and then refuses it every damned time. :mad:

O2 Deposit - How Reliable?
So we got my bf an iPhone today at the Apple store and O2 required a £150 deposit for 3 months before they would agree contract. We have put this down and the man in the store said the £150 will be credited to his bill after 3 months... how reliable are O2 at doing this? Should I keep my receipt safe and expect a fight??

trying to decide which to go for. Looking at the HTC Desire and it'll cost about £480 overall on both an 18 month or 24 month contract. I'd prefer the 18 month contract but the prospect of 6 months "free" is making it pretty difficult. who likes what kind of contract?
