Help needed with T-mobile Network coverage

This is the first time i have posted on this website so forgive me if this has already been discused..

I have had my t-mobile contract for just over a month and when i first bought the contract i had no problems with the network coverage.But for the last 2 weeks i have had no network coverage in my area, does this give me a right to cancel my contract without having to pay the cancelation fee

Have you asked them why the coverage had dropped ? It could be a masts gone down and it waiting to be fixed.
CS should be able to tell you if that's the case and when it should be fixed. . .

Thanks, this helped just rang t-mobile CS and they said they were currently going under maintanance in my area, and they compensated me £5 of my next bill.

...but does anyone know how up-to-date T-Mobiles street check is?

its based on all the 'in operation' masts working. If a mast is down for days, it won't tell you.

Also remember the orange merger is happening. You can only assume therefore that they will be eventually sharing coverage. There is already an agreement with 3 and T-Mobile to share 3G masts and that will be live soon also.
