i had topped up my hubby's old phone on line regularly no problems, then we bought new mobiles one each, both being disabled online top up is easiest, but they have never let us top up since, keep saying we have topped up more than three mobiles, how come, it verifies at the bank and then refuses it every damned time. :mad:

Had the same problem and phoned O2 several times about it who were no help at all. They just couldn't grasp the problem. (Apparently it was my bad luck that I got new trainee operators.)
The ONLY way to sort it is to phone O2 and ask them to remove details of ALL payment cards linked to your account. They can't do it there and then, they have to send a message to another department who will deal with it, takes anywhere from 48 hours to a week.Herman - MP for all!0
