i've tried for 45 minutes to get the back off-and i've googled the problem too.can anybody help with instructions??? it's been 2 years since i bought a nokia and they've totally redesigned the backs.the added problem is that it's almost impossible not to hit the on/off button while you're trying to get the back off

Several months ago I bought a payg mobile, and was told that the sim that came with it carried £5 credit. Does anyone know how I go about claiming the £5 credit?
