Several months ago I bought a payg mobile, and was told that the sim that came with it carried £5 credit. Does anyone know how I go about claiming the £5 credit? Do I have to ask when I register the sim? I have sent the phone to a relative as a gift and they can't seem to figure out how to do it!

The money is usually already on the sim - a quick call to 150 should confirm this.~*Cerenia*~
