Contacting Orange
Help me please, I need to contact Orange regarding a DD they took from my bank A/C the other day.
I ended my contract with Orange around June time but on the 23rd they took £8.47 from my bank without informing me.
As I am no longer a customer of theres I cant seem to find a number to contact them on to find out what the payment was for. I have looked on there website but I need to give them my mobile number which I no no longer have or remember.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If you contact your bank they can refund the money as it was taken via a direct debit.
Are you sure the £8.47 was not a final bill?

Cheers, but no the contract ended around june time.
Also I cant dial them numbers as I keep getting asked for my number which is now forgotten and it automatically cuts off if I just stay on the line.0 -
try typing in a random mobile number and see if it lets you proceed
or try 0800 079 2000 for sales, and see if they can put you through to accountsAlthough no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
