Does the iphone come unlocked from e2save?

Even on contract??I know that dial-a-phone phones come unlocked. Dont know if the iphone is?? How about OSPS? or phone4U etc?

    It'll be locked to whatever network you buy it on. No iPhone comes unlocked from anywhere in the UK, unless it's specifically unlocked, sim free.
