Cash back problems
Has anyone experienced problems in receiving cash back from a company called go3online.co.uk? I have been waiting 3 months for my first cheque and after about 10 calls on their 0870 number and countless emails I have not received a reply from them. I was wondering if this is an isolated case or whether it is common. I am…

Number Porting and Dial-aphone
Dial-aphone says number porting is not allowed when you connect to O2 or Vodafone. But O2 says they can do the numbe porting, from my previous network (virgin network). If I go ahead with number porting as O2 says, would it affect me to get the cashback, since my bill statement will show the ported number, instead of the…

Apologies if this has been posted before but it is a rather large message board to search through. I'm just reaching the end of my Vodaphone 12m contract and got the usual call from them to see if they could keep me. Unlike Orange they were really keen and offered some OK deals, but I said I was busy and could they call me back in half an hour. Got straight on to MSE and found the best deal I could, so when he rang back…

Cheap calls from abroad on mobiles??
Great site, but most of the info on mobiles relates to calls made from the UK to abroad - does anyone know of a way to reduce the cost of calling home on a mobile? Specifically from France in my case? Can you buy 'french' sim packs to use in your mobile? Mine is a Samsung D500 on T-mobile if it makes any difference.

Cashbacks and downgrading
Most cashback deals seem to require that you wait 120 days before downgrading your mobile deal. Most providers have their own rules that extend this period, usually till 6 months. If after this specified period, I downgrade my monthly contract, will I still be entitled to cashback at the originally agreed rate, or will the…
