Dealing with Probate
Hi I am joint executor on mother's will with my husband. Is anyone able to tell me if we are able to charge expenses for the time/labour costs in dealing with the estate? If the solicitor was dealing with it, they would be able to charge these costs back to the estate. Many thanks. Liz
