Bebe confort Loola up pushchair straps

Hi
We bought a Bebe Confort Loola Up for DS2 when he was born and now he is nearly one and wearing a thick coat because of the weather, I am finding it a real struggle to do the straps up in the buggy. I know other people have had the same problem with the straps being too short and I have managed to misplace my instruction booklet. I was wondering if any of you kind people had the phone number for customer services for bebe confort? I have tried looking on the internet but the one number I found has a 'not recognised' tone. Any advice gratefully received!

Many thanks

Just an update on this for anyone else who is having the same problem.

I managed to get through to one of the phone numbers and they have said they will send out extension straps to me free of charge. The number I phoned was 020 82360707. It did take a few attempts before anyone picked up the phone though, but they said the straps should be with me within a couple of weeks. Many thanks to Ginvzt for finding the number for me, could not find it in any google searches so you must have the magic touch!!!!!
