CCA Requests
Please can someone give me some advice regarding a CCA request. Can a bank, after receiving a CCA request, put the £1 toward an alleged debt? The bank says that the original CCA does not exist due to the length of time. Surely the £1 should be sent back and not just applied to the alleged debt! If I am right regarding this…

I am debt free but also job free (no salary) as I am on a gap year. This will take about four to six months and cost several £1000, which I don't have. It's not a huge sum and I'd like to…
