i took a loan for 7000 and am unable to pay this back i offerd to pay 2o per month they accpeted this but stick on 160 interest im going through dro but i dont think i can do this as i owe alot now.
can banks stick on this interest?

The problem from the bank's point of view is that, even without any interest at all, your loan will take almost 30 years to repay. You can see why they would want to claw back some interest.I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.0

But they're not going to claw it back are they? by adding on ridiculous interest charges on top they are just pushing the OP further into debt and less chance of them getting their money backAug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00
