Fixed Sum Loan - Notice of Cancellation?

Quick question - I have recently taken out a fixed sum loan agreement, which is a secured loan over our property (second charge). Have just been reading the Loan Agreement and in a short sentence in one part of the sheet it states "You have no right to cancel this agreement." Is this correct on a secured loan agreement?.
