homeowner loan

Hi ya,

we've been suggestes a homeowner loan as the interest rates are so low to help pay of our credit card and car loan.

it seems a good idea but know nothing about it,
has anyone had experience of a homeowner loan,benefitted from it and how manageable are the payment.

  • It is secured against your house. If you can't afford to pay it, they take your house from you!

    If you're in debt, borrowing more money is not a good idea.

    When you say 'home owner loan' - are you referring to a second charge secured loan?
