Hi ya,
we've been suggestes a homeowner loan as the interest rates are so low to help pay of our credit card and car loan.
it seems a good idea but know nothing about it,
has anyone had experience of a homeowner loan, benefitted from it and how manageable are the payment.
thanks

When you say 'home owner loan' - are you referring to a second charge secured loan?0
