IVA company claiming back my PPI
My IVA company have written to me saying they have a duty to reclaim mis-sold PPI on my behalf. Is this correct? I don't think I have any mis-sold PPI so they are chasing a lost cause. But if it turned out I did, would I see any of the money or would it all go towards paying my IVA? Thanks
