Would anybody know where I can get some brown doorstep paint or similar to paint a front doorstep which is inside a porch, really it's not open to the weather that much as it's sort of inside/outside. I've found black and tile red but no brown?

Bolier warrenty - not serviced by developer!
hey guys, my boiler has a fault that is covered in the 5 year warranty. the house was unsold for the first year, and the developer did not service it in the first year making the warranty void...and void for the next 3 years. should the developer pay or am i stuck with the £350 bill? thanks Lee

I have a small basin in a downstairs wc and have noticing a smell of stagnent water (almost sulphur smelling) coming from the plug hole!
