I'm not a DIY expert and probably haven't explained it well, but I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction based on the image that I've attached?

My mother currently has separate tumble dryer and washing machine units. She is thinking of replacing these as they are on their last legs. Generally speaking, are combo tumble dryer/washing machines as good as separate units? IE should she go for separate units or will a combo unit be just as good? Thanks
