External door
Hello all! My first DIY question! We need to replace our front door. My FIL is very handy and DH2B is keen but the question is; is it difficult to replace an external timber door which is pretty worn with a new upvc door and frame? Should I just get a professional to do it? Thanks in advance

B and Q takeaway kitchens
i am getting near to the end of a long renovation and am running out of money. I was going to buy my kitchen from Magnet trade or Howdens, but have spotted a very similar one in B and Q, a take away kitchen. It is flat pack, but seems a lot cheaper, I can buy the lot for about £500. How long does it take to put these units…

brimach
Help please. My conservatory leaks whenever it rains, where the roof (pitched) marries with the house. I had the builder create a pitched, concrete tiled roof from the existing building so that the conservatory would marry-up when erected. The facia is in UPVC and the conservatory roof butts up quite well although the…
