Decent Shed Base

I currently have a 7 x 5 wooden shed which i placed onto my concrete path and it just overlapped onto the lawn by about 20cm, it has wooden bearers beneath the floor so i thought it would be o.k. Anyway it is now full of mud and holes where i presume Moles have dug through (my garden is full of mole holes). So everything inside is mouldy and damp.
I have just ordered a new shed from B&Q and i want to put it in a different place.
I was thinking of putting it on breeze blocks spread out, has anyone done this? The one thing that worries me is, i live high up and the winds get bad, i dont want it to take off because the wind gets under the shed.
Does anyone have any other ideas how i can lift it off the ground, cheaply?
Thanks

You could fix the shed to the breeze blocks.
It is advisable to raise wooden floor off the ground.
B&Q shed flooring is not very strong and I laid aditional bearers cross wise under the floor."A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi

Cheapest is shipping pallets these also and strength to the floor ? most firms give the away free or charge a few pounds check your local industrial estate or Railway sleepers make a good base, If the your worried about the wind getting under it and blowing it away…? The wind force needed would be probably the same as that to blow it over..? Most sheds even on concrete bases are not secured to them… you could dig a holes in the ground fill with concrete with some sort of fixing point embedded in it…0
