Help please.
My conservatory leaks whenever it rains, where the roof (pitched) marries with the house. I had the builder create a pitched, concrete tiled roof from the existing building so that the conservatory would marry-up when erected. The facia is in UPVC and the conservatory roof butts up quite well although the angles are not exactly the same. A sealant has been used many times to attempt to solve the problem without success. I've heard that there is a product called plastic flashing which could do the trick. Has anyone used this, was it successful and if so where can it be purchased from. Any suggestions for a solution would be much appreciated.
