Another Deposit Thread, Sorry!
Oohh I'm annoyed right now. Hoping someone can word me a calm way of dealing with this. It's not the money, it's the principle of people always trying to walk over the OH and I. Right, we rented a house for a year. We were model tenants if I do say so myself, never complained, not even when the heating and hot water packed…

Land registry sale date entries
I have been looking at sold prices on various property websites to see what houses have sold for in areas I am interested in. All the properties have the sale date next to them but I am unsure what this date represents. Is this the date the offer was accepted, is it the date of exchange or is it the date of completion?

Listing Rental property with multiple agents
Are you able to/is there any reason not to, list your property with multiple letting agents? Are there any additional costs involved as there are with selling houses with multiple agents? I was wondering if listing with multiple agents would make them work for their money or is it not worth it? Thanks

Feedback from EA (whilst selling)?
Do you expect your EA to provide feedback on each viewing? Or am I being too precious (finding that I have to chase EA for feedback)? Do people just accept "no news is bad news" and not particularly worry about "why?"? EA is Knight Frank and it is a pretty expensive property (not that it should make a difference). QT
