Tenth Anniversary Combo Breaker
in House buying, renting & selling
Hi all

I have seen a few online estate agents such as Property Eagle, House Simple and Own Move but I wondered what online estate agents you guys may have used for a flat fee and wondered how good they are?

I am looking to sell and move in the New Year so not sure when is best to put it on the market.

I know the online estate agents are the best way to save money so this is a route I definitely would like to explore.

    Worth doing a search on here. I think eMoov and housenetwork come up as okay fairly often. Can't speak for the others.

    Surely easier that if anyone has used an online estate agent before and therefore can recommend one then they can comment and I then have the information that way, rather than searching numerous other threads bogged down with people making pointless comments like the one above.

    They may as well do away with the search function then , if it`s too confusing to use :money:

    I think your comment above is absolutely ridiculous. This has been covered 100000x and a 2 minute search will find you loads of threads with useful information.

    I used emoov and I was happy if that's of any help.
