Moving in, bills etc, what to do
When you move into a house what happens about all the bills etc that come to the house? Do you wait for them to come and then ring the companies involved and tell them that you now live there or is there some other way of sorting all that out? Does this get dealt with during the purchase process?

Is this mortgage okay?
We're FTB. We have been advised to go with Northern Rock flexible fixed rate mortgage. 3 year fixed deal at 5.19% with 95% of the £134,000 property on the mortgage and we will pay the other 5% as a deposit. The product fee is £695. We also get £1,000 cash back at the start of the mortgage.
