HELP - I have horrible cellulite: I drink lots of water, eat lots of veg and exercise regularly, but I can't seem to shift it! Do those cellulite brushes work? Are there any other tips out there to help reduce it?

I am trying out sulfate free hair care at the moment to see if that makes my hair more healthly. Going private?
Does anyone know the procedure for seeing a Consultant privately? Do you have to be referred by your Doctor or can you just make an appointment yourself? At one time you could pay to see the Consultant but then have any treatment on the NHS. Is this still possible? Any advice thankfully received. :)
