Your favourite shampoo and conditioner?
I have naturally greasy roots and split ends, and I am on the permanent hunt to find a shampoo to treat both! Currently using Tresemme Deep Cleanse shampoo and Boot's own conditioner. What haircare products do you use?

I do an hour on the treadmill at 5mph every night, when Im finished Im shattered and just want to go to bed. Would I have the same effect if I do 2x30mins throughout the day?
