support and encouragement on this diet

hey all, i dont do forums much, and my OH has said, that it may benefit me to come on here and share some of my experiences and feelings when things get tough as people here seem to be supportive and helpfull.

i'm doing this alone, originally there was going to be a small group of me and 2 other friends to support eachother, but my friends were all upfor it and came the day to start dropped without even a consideration.

heres what ive done so farr:

started a certain diet, 9.01.2012.:T
stuck to the detox phase 1 to the letter.
my partner done want me going no more than 7 days on this detox phase even though it says you can go as long as you like, i would like to do this but he thinks my insulin levels will drop too much and given family history of heart trouble says its too much risk involved in just doing the detox for longer than 7 days.

ive got myself a wii (my OH bought it me because i nagged him and proved i would keep to it and not just some fad phase ill drop in a few days)

first 24hrs i dropped off 2lbs with 1 hour of excersive on wii fit.

ive dropped weight since,

i'm on day 7 now and will enter phase 2 tomorrow, wich is more forgiving in what you can eat.

mood swings have sterted to kick in, i felt kind of different in myself lately (sugar withdrawal i think).

i want to carryon, and keep going, but the demons and temptation are a battle.

i will update most days here what i have acheived not achieved, i wish to keep this as an online diary, and hopefully share support as well.

please be gentle, i never do anything like this online, so this is a big step for me.:j
