Glucosamine (coated)
I have tried to take Glucosamine the dose 1500mg but find i cannot get them down they stick in my throat I have tried to cut them but they still get stuck. Does anyone know of some that have a coating on i have also tried smaller ones but they still stick.

my husbands friend is being driven mad with the pain still going strong whilst the spots/rash has dissappeared. Appendicitis
If you have had your appendix out, can you tell me how long it took you to get back to health? My mum has now been operated on two weeks ago, no problems at the time, but she is still in pain/discomfort and feeling pooey. we need to get our eyes tested and my contact lenses renewed. what is the best place to get this done? i know that sometimes with people like Boots you have to pay an additional amount such as £20 if you are having an eye test for contact lenses. thanks
