Do any of you buy the Aldi fresh whole chickens? I haven't bought them ever but heard someone in the shop talking today and they said they were lovely. Are they british? They were £2.99 which seems very reasonable as they were quite big. I used to always buy free range but I just can't afford it any more and we all like…

Tesco online grocery - payment when using vouchers?
I've just placed my first online order with Tesco using the '£15 off a £50 first shop' voucher but my payment amount on the verified by visa page was still £53, despite me going back to the checkout page and double checking the voucher had registered. Is this normal, or am I going to be charged the full amount?

Do Sainsbury's allow refunds for Sharwood's Products?
Sainsbury's have a refund if you're not satisfied policy on all of their own branded products. I bought 3x bottles of Sharwood's lime pickle on offer and it is absolutely hideous. Far too much salt, a lot of sauce and not much lime. I've only opened one bottle. Does anyone know if I can take this back to Sainsburys with my…

Waitrose - nice, but getting too expensive!
I love Waitrose, especially when I can find reductions at the end of the day, but I have recently started popping into Morrisons and am amazed that most basic items are so much cheaper here. I think I'm a convert. The staff seem much friendlier than the last time I shopped here, so all a good experience so far. Food…

Clover at Asda
Hi, I've just been shopping at Asda and they have their 1kg tubs of Clover priced at £2 at the moment, the same as the 500g tub. So I bought 4, and used the 30p vouchers from on here, so I got 4kg of Clover for £6.80, which is just over the price of 2kg tubs normally. Just thought it might help someone!

Asda home shopping - amending order
Hi, we usually use Tesco in the main for online grocery shopping but have used Asda on the odd occasion. Have booked my delivery and needed to add on an item, it lets you do this just like Tesco however I had to re-enter my card details and do the veri-sign authorisation all over again. I've never had to do that with Tesco…

Online grocery shopping offers and delivery dates?
I'm just about to do my first online grocery shop with Sainsburys as I have a voucher, but had a quick question. If an offer is 'For delivery by: 30/08/2011' will I still pay the offer price if I have my shopping delivered ON the 30th? Apologies if it's been asked millions of times previously.
