Do Sainsbury's allow refunds for Sharwood's Products?

Sainsbury's have a refund if you're not satisfied policy on all of their own branded products.

I bought 3x bottles of Sharwood's lime pickle on offer and it is absolutely hideous. Far too much salt, a lot of sauce and not much lime. I've only opened one bottle.

Does anyone know if I can take this back to Sainsburys with my receipt? Sharwoods don't have anything on the jar or on their website to deal with products which people don't like.

It's back to Patak's for me, far superior.

You can try at sainsburys and worse they would say is no, to contact sharwoods id use contact us

You can take back the unopened ones within 21 days if you have the receipt, I would contact sharwoods about a refund for the open one as they have a 'taste promise' for the curry sauce.

Thanks both. Just got to check my receipt but now I've lost it! Never mind, I've emailed Sharwood's anyway.
