defrosting salmon en croute
hi i've got some sainburys 'just cook' salmon en croute which i froze but want to have today it says defrost thoroughly. i got it out an hour ago. can i microwave it or can i possibly oven cook for longer than the 25 mins from chilled at a lower heat?

I know the supermarkets say they have people that will pick groceries as carefully as you would yourself but this is rubbish.
