Confused - Tesco refunds

I didn't know where to put this thread, so excuse if you think it might be in the wrong place.
I had my order cancelled from Tesco but no payment was ever taken, I re-issued order which was also cancelled but payment was taken. They have refunded me the first cancelled order payment but not the second, I made amendments so it leaves me £20 up..... Confused?
Do you think it would be cheeky to ask them to refund the second order? :rotfl:

I was joking about the latter; they might spot their mistake. Just wondered if this had happened to anyone else? And did they notice their mistake?
TBH - The upheaval they caused me with two cancellations the £20 and something pence is not much of a consolation.0 -
I could have been £75 up today but too honest. Took back an impulse buy Wii and fit plus ordered on line. The email confirmation is the receipt and does not mention a price. The girl asked what I paid and took my word for it, she said I could have told her the individual prices and she would have refunded those!0

My recent Tesco's order was returned to their depot after payment had been taken, due to the weather - that was their excuse anyway...
I was refunded £20.00 more than they took, I think the difference was that I paid for it at the total cost including a number of multi buy discounts, but each item was refunded at the full price.
Sainsbury's had no problems delivering to me a couple of days later in much worse weather so I will be ordering from them in future and view the £20.00 as compensation for Tesco's messing me about.~*~ If you don't need it, it isn't a bargain ~*~0
