defrosting salmon en croute

hi i've got some sainburys 'just cook' salmon en croute which i froze but want to have today it says defrost thoroughly.
i got it out an hour ago. can i microwave it or can i possibly oven cook for longer than the 25 mins from chilled at a lower heat?

Personally, I would do a bit of both. Use the defrost/low setting on your microwave for 2-3 minutes then add 5 minutes to the cooking time. I am sure some people would disagree but that's what I would do!
Check its nice and hot inside before you eat it.
