email address for tesco...

I have been trying to email tesco for about a week now to [EMAIL="customer.services@tesco.co.uk"]customer.services@tesco.co.uk[/EMAIL] but all i get are automated replies which is very frustrating.
it is a complaint about an a product which i am quite upset about hence why i would prefer to email rather than phone as i know i will get all flustered and end up not getting my point across. my local store roof collapsed a few days ago due to the snow so they are closed.
their website is like a maze to me...
does anybody know an alternative email address where a human is more likely to read and reply?

i havent an email address to hand but a have found after quite a trawl on an anti tesco website a customer service phone number which may be of use
i rang them and they sorted out my problem straight away

Thank you very much for your help but if luck would have it I have just recieved a very appolagetic email from tesco, they must have sensed I had opened watchdog website :-)
I feel very relieved that they are investigating my 'concernes'
