I seem to recall reading something about…

Left 3 months ago and still no final bill
I left Utilita Energy three months ago and I’ve still not received a final bill from them. I’m wondering if this is common to have to wait so long for a final bill after leaving an energy supplier? Smart Meters - What range possible?
Hi, I'm keen to get a smart meter, but the meters are in the basement (I live in a flat). Do they all work on a direct link (2.4GHz?) as opposed to anything else? I've tried one about 5 years ago and it was *very* intermittent having to travel through about 3 floors. Just wondering if anyone else had experience here?
