For being in debt?
Just a list of the reasons why this wouldn't be possible, to see if I or other people that see this thread fit any of them.
They won't cut you off as you have a PPM installed.

Hi 3876samf
On another thread I've encouraged you to contact us directly via the email address given in my profile, so that we can see how we can help you.
We aren't going to cut off your supply as you have a pay as you go meter, but you will be expected to pay for your ongoing usage, plus a portion of any balance due to Spark Energy.
Please do contact us and we'll see how we can support you.
Kind regards
Jenny

If you have a ‘smart meter’
If you have a smart energy meter in your home, your supplier could potentially disconnect your supply remotely without needing to access to your meter. However, before they do this, they must have:
contacted you to discuss options for repaying your debt, eg through a repayment plan
visited your home to assess your personal situation and whether this would affect you being disconnected, eg if you’re disabled or elderly
If they don’t do this and they try and disconnect you, make a complaint to your supplier.
They havnt even visited my home well only a debt collector did once0 -
I'm not aware of any UK supplier using remote disconnect for non payment, can't really happen if its pre-pay anyway as no monies = no supply.
@3876samf , I can see you're upset/worried by all this by the posts in various topics. Please try to take a moment and then give them a call (you can usually find a free number for this) when you are ready to see what options they can offer you.0
