Gas Usage? 7 to 8 units a day? Seems high comparatively.
Just checked my mums meters (only a small house) and amazed she has only used 80 units in last 8 weeks. We are using 50 to 60 per week & only have heating on 430pm to 10pm with temp set at 17.5deg. Ours seems a lot & quite a bit higher use than same time last year? Gas also used for showers say 3 in household per day.

British Gas phone calls
I have just taken a phone call from what I thought was a Gloucester number only to find it was from a British Gas call center in India reminding me that I haven't paid my gas bill yet. Landlord asking for meter readings
Hi, I've just had an email from my letting agent stating that the landlord has been sent a large energy bill from a previous supplier for my property and they would like meter readings to establish average usage. Credit balances - what are the rules for supply companies on refunding this?
Are there any rules over how much and how long a supply company can hold onto credit balances for? I have just renewed on a 12 month fixed contract with isupply, as it looked to be the best going for me. My issue is that they have been holding onto a £417 credit and have over the past 2-3 months made excuses why they…

EDF Warm Home Discount
Hi all My mum has just told me that EDF Energy charged her £140 on top of her latest bill instead of crediting it to her for the government's Warm Home Discount. If she hadn't had realised she would have been £140 out-of-pocket. Any other EDF customers on here been victim of the same thing? If so drop me a PM please, would…
