Is a £1000 water/sewerage bill normal?
Hi, Just moved into an unmetered, 4 bed semi. Bristol Water has sent us a bill for £1000 for the year! Is that right? There are 2 adults and 3…

I've been trying to make a dual fuel switch from Scottish Power to Npower since last summer. The [STRIKE]Cheap[/STRIKE] Crap Energy Club decided to tell Npower that my home number was 4xxxx, which is interesting, as I could swear it is less than 100 :rotfl: Npower failed to query this and didn't start the switch until…

Confused and annoyed with Scottish Power part 3
Well finally, it is sort of resolved. After waiting nearly a month for them to sort it out , they have finally stopped asking for payment of the bill we shouldn't have had to pay yet. This happened after they received a written letter of complaint. Strangely, they have moved the next billing date from 11.5.14 to 26.6..14…

We got confirmation in March that we would get WHD vouchers sent through the post to us (Due to PPM), but no indication as to when they might arrive.
