Does anybody know how long it takes for Warm Home discount vouchers to arrive?
We got confirmation in March that we would get WHD vouchers sent through the post to us (Due to PPM), but no indication as to when they might arrive.
We are thinking of moving at the moment and are afraid that the vouchers will not turn up before we leave and will be rendered useless.
Is there usually a set time scale for these things?

I believe the WHD is applied directly to your electricity bill. It does not come in the form of vouchers. I found out I was receiving mine and as expected, was told it would be credited directly to my electricity account. I would suggest phoning your supplier to check that it has been applied.0

Not much point crediting our account, the money would go nowhere.0 -
Before the 31'st of March, at least that is what they all say. I was told by British Gas that millions more people had applied to the scheme this year so there was a big backlog in checking applications, I'm not sure if that would affect payments too. I would guess they would leave it close to the last date to make payments, because if you switch supplier before then they don't have to give you the money/credit.0
