Government backing insulation installing firms?

The government at the moment seem to be backing an awful lot of insulation firms with government grants, near enough everyday i will get a advertisement through my door explaining how they could insulated my house for free! What other sort of grants are out there at the moment rather then Free insulation as my house is already insulated. Id be interested in an energy saving grant around the house for example Free Low energy lamps or a way of making my computer more efficient or my television things i use on a day to day bases.
