What would you do next?
I'm a bit of a lurker here, but new to posting. I'm sorry my first post is so long! My attempt to switch from edf to Scottish Power, began in August and isn’t done yet. I don’t know if I want to simply vent, or maybe to ask whether it’s worth the time to go through edf’s complaints procedure. In summary: 1st attempt to…

To an Eon Rep please.
Hi, I pay for both gas and electricity, standard tariff, separate bills paid quarterly with my debit card. I was already with Eon for electric, but switched to them for gas October time last year. I was told that even though I wasn't on duel fuel, because I now had both with them I would be put on the rewards scheme, where…

Energy Alert with First Utility
Please be aware that although First Utility were offering the best deal, their customer dealings are abysmal. They never answer the phone (0845 number) and all e mails are system answered with a meaningless number to quote if you are ever lucky enough to get a proper response. They took the direct debit out of my account…

Moving from scot power to ebico. Ebico have given me an estimate of 6-8 weeks! That means 6-8 weeks put on scot powers std rate. Is this typical timeframe for a switch? Why is it so long for what amounts to a billing change?

Question for the Scottish Power rep
This is your online description http://www.scottishpower.co.uk/support-centre/payments/direct-debit-explained.aspx I think we (I?) may have been here before. IIRC, you operate a 12 month review cycle with (possibly) 3 month interim reviews. Can you explain the essential difference between the 12 month review and any 3…

Hi, I need to make a complaint about SSE, the energy provider not supplier. My house used to be two flats then was turned back into a house. The gasman cometh; where is the gasman
A plea from the Highlands of Scotland for any information on who will service a Worcester boiler. Worcester are adamant that they do not serve this area any more, "Please contact a local CORGI engineer." Eight years of my experience and 12 years of a neighbour's experience (whose Worcester maintenance plan was terminated)…
