Misleading and dishonest Npower Increases
Papers say average 5.1% increase, Npower customer services say 3.1% average. My increase on a current annual dual fuel usage of £778 on one of their best tarriffs is 15% plus!! How do they get away with it?

E.on Energy fit software - strange behaviour
Have been uploading my energy usage into the software that comes with e.on's energy meter. I've been doing this fairly often recently to monitor some newly installed storage heaters, and the figures on the monitor ( for last 7 days, last day, etc ) seemed to tally pretty well with the numbers in the software. Today, I…

Eon sent me my final bill but b4 I got a chance to pay…

Best Boiler Breakdown Cover
Hi, I've been looking at getting boiler and central heating breakdown cover. I'm an E-On customer but their prices look steep. HomeServes prices look a bit more appealing but has anyone had any experience of using either or is there a better provider? My boiler is only 3-4 years old but I've already had to replace the PCB…

Npower - standing charge hike as well!
I've just had my letter from Npower telling me that they are increasing my prices from 4th January 2011. No surprise as I read it in the media. However, on closer inspection of my Daily Standing Charge, they have increased my Gas standing charge by 28% from 34.00p per day to 43.50p per day, and my Electricity standing…
