Misleading and dishonest Npower Increases

Papers say average 5.1% increase, Npower customer services say 3.1% average. My increase on a current annual dual fuel usage of £778 on one of their best tarriffs is 15% plus!! How do they get away with it?

Because the consumer generally just puts up with it and there isn't usually anyone else of any effect for them to account to / be regulated by ;)

as for your belief Npower are a misleading & dishonest company I agree entirely (and could add a few more!)
