Hi Everyone, This weekend I received a letter from a debt collection agency demanding money from me on behalf of E-On. NPower letter
I have just received a letter from NPower relating to an overcharge when I was a customer back in 2007/8 highlighted by Consumer Focus. I am obviously one of many and would like to hear from anyone else and hear your thoughts before accepting the one off payment they have offered.

first utility would you change to them to save £50 a year?
According to the comparison sites First Utility iSave dual fuel V5 is the cheapest dual fuel supplier for my area being, £50 a year less than E.on's SaveOnline V4, the next on the list. However after reading the reviews about First Utility I am loath to recommend them to my sister when her present deal ends. Would you pick…

Problems with British Gas.
Hello I moved house last week and ended my contract with British Gas. When I went to do the final meter reading I found out that I made a mistake on the previous one I gave to BG. I had given them a higher reading than it actual was, overpaying the bill. I gave the new and correct reading to BG and told them that I had…

BG --Where are the actual new prices listed?
I am a Websaver8 customer and have a message about the rise. However in none of the links can I find the new tariffs , merely a boast about the discount of that tariff. Where have they hidden the new prices? Lol I've just had my annual review and they have asked for less, the insulation having been much improved.

I am a new build, and there was a complete mix-up between our property and those of our neighbours, meaning that we were getting very wrong bills. This eventually got sorted, and I understand that I'm currently something like…
