Can any one help? New flat only has electric, what will it cost?!
I've recently purchased my first property, a two bed flat. But am a bit confused as to the bills? no one can tell me roughly how much it will cost as the whole property is run on electric, no gas at all. :( It also has Warm air heating is this expensive? Should i bite the bullet and install rads?! :mad: HELP!!
