Just a little thread to see what everyone is doing. My heating is still on but I have turned thermostat down to 15 all the time and it comes on for 5 hours a day in total morning and night, and I light a wood fire about 6pm so that keeps the lounge dead toasty. Just used smartmeter website and this week we have used approx £20 gas and £20 electric so I can see it dropping more now the temperatures are on the rise (slowly!) just cannot wait till we get temps into the teens so I can shut the heating off altogether!!
CC limits £26000
Long term CC debt £0
Total low rate loan debt £3000
Almost debt free feeling, priceless.
Ex money nightmare, learnt from my mistakes and never going back there again, in control of my finances for the first time in my adult life and it feels amazing.

It's still on. The daytime temp hasn't gone above 7C in the last week and the night time temps have been as low as -4C! It doesn't matter to me that it's March and this time last year it was hardly on. It matters only that I am warm and comfortable - which is why people bother having heating fitted in the first place!
Consumption is slowly dropping here too though. Spring is starting to creep up on us, yay! \o/0 -
I have no heating in the south facing half of my house, the thermometer in my unheated bedroom hasn't dropped below 17.1 this last week and at the moment is a lovely 20.3. The heaters in the north facing side working hard away still!
We had the hardest freeze of the winter so far on Sunday night!0 -
Still on - but only for 2 hours in morning and 2 hours in evening. I can;t afford it to be on for longer!
Live in Norwich. Daytime temeratures not very high at all here this week (and it only got to a high of 3C on Sunday). Biting cold wind as well for the last few days....0 -
