Have Scottish Power announced they will NOT be lowering their prices?
There are a flurry of announcements today about Scottish Power's PriceSure tariff which is a fixed price product 10% cheaper than their other tariff. Does this mean those on other Scottish Power tariffs are not going to receive a reduction? Hope I'm wrong but it's not easy keeping track.
