Problem - switch via Moneysupermarket to N Power one tariff
Hi, I transferred gas/electricity suppliers with moneysupermarket back in July to Npower (gas) and Scottish Power (lekkie). All is well until last Saturday. I received two letters from NPower which have said that although they have me on the One tariff since last July, I don't have both gas/lekkie with them so therefore…

npower prepayment end of contract problem
I was with npower on a prepayment electricity meter until 2008-09-01 and then switched to Ebico (thoroughly recommended). npower sent me a demand on 2008-10-28 for £365.91 which they reduced to £70. This money was because "your token meter was undercharging you because our prices have changed since it was last reset". Now…

Hi again all, The storage heaters in our flat are a bit old and knackered, and our letting agent has contacted our landlord who said he would replace them with freestanding, plugin heaters. Does he still mean they'd be storage heaters, as I can't confirm or deny whether such things actually exist? I'm a bit worried he's…

British Gas - Mis-sold long term deal?
A few month sago when utility companies were increasing prices for fun I decided to switch to British Gas because they were offering a long term price fix to 2011. Now that prices are coming down are they planning to trim those prices? The only reason I switched at that time is that it was implied during the sales patter…
