Eon V14 price query?
Hi
Changed my Eon pricing plan on May 29th 08 to a Fixed Rated plan 01/10/08 and recieved a bill up to and including this date
My tariff shows today as-
Electricity
Normal units up to 900 kWhs
18.039 pence
Normal units
10.8255 pence per kWh
Gas
Normal units up to 2680 kWhs
4.66095 pence
Normal units
2.97045 pence per kWh
As i was billed on May 30th i thought any further bills until 01/1/09 would be billed as above.
However having just checked my 1st bill under v14 dated 1st Sept 08 i found i have been charged the following-
Electric
Normal primary units used ??? kWh at 17.18p each 40.31Norm
al secondary units used ??? kWh at 10.31p each
Could anyone shed any light on this as the rates changed for the period to 29th May were below any of the above.
Thanks in advance
