Holiday entitlement
Hi guys, hoping someone can help. I work between 50-60 hours per week over 4 days. My employer tells me that(and I have read on the gov website)that the legal entitlement is 5.6 weeks per year. Someone who works 4 days is entitled to 22.5 days per year. I can't seem to get my head round this. Is this correct?
